Silence is golden.

At times it is necessary to seek time alone. time for us only to bond with our thoughts and cleanse our souls. A spiritual cleaning that will then invite inspiration, inner peace and help to regain our energies. I identify only too well when I need to take some solitary time, I become anxious, irritable and blocked creatively.I have to take my self away and be alone, when my partner has to go away so I use this time for being solitary and to allow my chi to breath afresh, with meditation and relaxation. If we allow our chi to become tired and contaminated so will it affect our spirit. Breath anew and regenerate, and don´t be afraid of the silence and lonliness.

Silence is golden.

It´s ok to say No

It has been a while since I last posted but my life has been cluttered, things you promise to do for people, answers you want to find, visitors that un invited move in on your private space, and do not consider that all though you may be at home all day, that you actually are working. I am totally amazed that the last two visitors decided that his was the best internet cafe out, and prevented me from catching up with my work. We are not talking about an hour here but almost 24/7 chatting or playing poker. Excuse my lack of spiritual writing here but the main point I am trying to make is....that it is ok to say no! and I did, and I felt bad but I also suffered from the break in my creativity and the work routine i had adapted. So sometimes it is necessary to say No or not now, or I need to work, we may feel guilty, but in reality we know that maybe it has to be said, whatever the price.

Mental Sunshine

Let us begin every waking day
after dawn has broken and lit our way.
To give thanks and allow us to radiate joy, happiness and mental subshine,
to everyone who crosses our path today.

Look before we leap

At times maybe we are too critical of others without really stopping to think why. What is it about that person, or the action that person has done to warrant criticism? Is it envy that causes us to speak with a bad tongue? or is it because we do not like them, or they us.

There are many reasons why, that we within ourselves spit out criticism of another, it may be an inferiority of own hidden deep within us. Think before you speak, ask yourself why? before you speak.

Remember, Criticism can be constructive, but said wrongly or for the wrong reason can be extremely destructive.

Take my Hand

At times we wander through life aimlessly, we reach out in hope that all will be ok.
At times someone takes our hand, whilst at other times we feel lost and alone,
but truly........
we are never alone

Curiosities

Curiosities, we all have them in our personality. It´s what makes us uniqu Mae, some will refer to these curiosities as personality traits that are best hidden, whilst other will refer to the person as an excentric or weird, but our curiosities are ours, that make us who we are so we should not try to hide them from anyone, or change them because people wish you to. We must always remain faithful to who and what we are, and we should always accept others for who and what they are. A little more acceptance may bring about more peace in this world.
Sorry no picture is posted but I have a problem with uploading photos at the moment

Free Tibet

I have been watching the traumas in Tibet , and I shake my head in sorrow.A small country of peaceful people that just wish to live in peace in their own country, with their own customs. Tibet is a spiritual journey, and needs to be left in peace. Free Tibet. I am reminded of the words by His Holiness the Dalai Lama:

Violence is Self Perpetuating.

If you succeed through violence at the expense of others´rights and welfare, you have not solved the problem, but only created the seeds for another. (H.H.Dalai Lama-The Little Book of Wisdom)

Perhaps we should all offer 5minutes of prayer for a solution in Tibet
