To stimulate those remote inner places of our body, sit or lie down comfortably in a place that is peaceful and quiet, close your eyes and allow your body the opportunity to experience the following experience. Relax and allow your muscles to float as you start to breath lightly through your nose, try to visualise the current of air floating in your lungs, feel the light sensation of the air within your body, swirling around gently caressing you inside. Re create your innerself in this intimate and relaxed moment, the sensation you experience is not unlike that which a baby feels inside it´s mother`s womb. creation and re creation. Imagine that the air is flowing through all those remote inner places, rejuvenating and awakening them. Your inner being is regenerating, every part of your body down to your toes. Practice this regulary for a sense of well being, and when you are confident try the excercise with a partner or friend.
