We need silence, patience and the ability to reflect, and tranquility to calm our nervous tremors or insecurities. Time to reflect apon why they raise their heads and how we can control them. Reflect apon times when nervousness or insecurity has taken control in a situation and what appened. Write down 2 or 3 incidences and reflect apon why you allowed them control, it´s difficult and we think that we would never allow them to take control and influence our life, but we do and they take hold and influence all that we do. Read what you have written, understand why, and discard the paper. Concentrate on on your strengths and values, and what you have to offer...build on that inner strength daily...for we are all worthy, different and have much to offer.
