Think of the amount of thoughts that pass through our minds during our waking day, and when we sleep all those various thoughts influence our dreams. When we are alone and do not need to concentrate on anything in particular the majority of these are preoccupations and destructive thoughts, that go in any direction they wish to. Without reason, and at times produce irrational and emotional responses, illuminated colorful responses, that create tension and stress within us. These episodes can be very damaging and we need to search for a way to understand our unconscious mind. Meditation can be a way of helping us understand and identify these negative and destructive thoughts, relieving us of the stress and tension. We accept that our unconscious mind is strong and can influence our daily lives for better or worse. If we can identify these different turns of thoughts our lives change for the better.

The Present
Meditation helps our minds to centre and concentrate on our mental energies. If we are always thinking of the past or preoccupied by the future,we prevent ourselves living the here and now. Meditaton and mental forces assist us in seeing the reality of now. The past no longer exists and the future never comes, dont permit the experiences of today pass like a fog in the night, unnoticed as we dwell on past events or worry about what will happen tomorrow. Live every breath that you breathe and every minute of the day. Value the present.

necessity and Deception
What you want and need from life is right there in front, except we don´t see it, we are blind to it because we are decieved by what we think is necessary and want. The decption is all around us in the form of advertising, telling what we need to make our life better.
What we need to complete our life and make us happy is something we can´t buy, all we have to do is open our eyes and see it, because it is there right in front of you.
